1: The use of the rally site is a privilege and it is the responsibility of the host to ensure that this is not abused.
2: Any member in breach of the rules may be asked to leave the site by the host or a member of the committee and the matter reported in writing to the Group Secretary.
3: All rallies begin at 2pm unless otherwise stated, exception being schools starting at 5pm any changes to this must be passed through to the Group Secretary.
4: Only vehicles admitted to the rally site are those used by a member attending and booked in for the rally. Exceptions being those that the host has been advised of and must on arrival report into the reception, hosts will then allocate parking.
5: Vistors must first book in with the rally host before entering the rally site.
6: Members must be able to produce their membership card on request.
7: All motor caravans and/or caravans should be sited so as to leave a reasonable distance between facing sides as directed by the HOST.
8: The disposal of chemical toilets, waste water and refuse must be at the point indicated by the hosts. If no such point is indicated, please take it home with you. Do not dispose of waste water on the rally site or on public roads. Do not use the drinking water tap to rinse out toilet cassettes.
9: Fires must not be lit without the permission of the hosts.
10: All pets must be kept under control at all times and dogs must be kept on a lead. When tethered, dogs must not be able to interfere with the pitch of other members.
11: There shall be no undue noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am, unless the late finishing event is published by the Group Committee.
12: Generators should not be used between the hours of 11pm and 8am and only when no other source of power is available. Max running time is 3 hours in any 6 hour period.
13: Members should note the location of the group fire extinguisher.
14: Information of last minute rally changes can only be passed on to those members who have informed the hosts prior to the rally. If in doubt phone the rally host or Secretary.
15: Vehicles must not be driven at more than 5mph on rally sites.
16: It is advisable that own toilets are taken to rallies.
17: No smoking is permitted in halls, rooms or similar venus
18: The rally fee for Adults is £1.00 per rally of 2 nights (aged 16 and above).
19: The hall fee for Adults is £2.00 per rally of 2 nights (aged 16 and above). Additional nights incur a charge of £1 per adult per rally. (as per AGM2013)
20: Visiting members or members who have guests are required to be charged a rally fee and a hall charge (where applicable) against their guests when they are attending any rally which has organised entertainment. (as per AGM 2007)
21: All persons attending rallies with this group do so entirely at their own risk; the organisers, hosts and committee accept no responsibility for persons or property brought onto the rally site.
THE SOUNDING OF AN AIR HORN OR WHISTLE WILL INDICATE AN EMERGENCY.
PERSONAL EMERGENCIES SHOULD BE BY SOUNDING YOUR VEHICLE HORN, FLASHING YOUR HEADLAMPS AND USING YOUR 4 WAY FLASHERS.
